In past the lion, the leopard, the jaguar and the chaeta were mostly the hunters in the eco-system to maintain the population for the wild-life in Africa. When there were no hunting animals, the grass land would be over-grassed and so there would be no more food for the animals. This would lead into a mass starvation of the animals and many of them would die. By having the right balance of hunting animals on the planes, the over population of these animals would be prevented. And gain, to many hunting animals, would again lead to a possible over killing of the animals and balance would also be disturbed. This is why a healthy balance in this eco-system is needed.
Today, there are many South African farmers that have thousands of ackers of land, where many different variations of wild-animals are living and multiplying. But there are no hunting animals to maintain these populations. This is where the human hunters are so valuable and a profitable part of the eco-system. They pay top dollars to come and hunt for an experience of their life-time. These hunters make protecting their wild-life stocks a viable option for the farmers. The farmer is in the eco-system, the one that maintains the population of his herd, because it is not only a business for him, but also a way of living. In the process, the wild-life stocks on his farm is protected, it nurtured and he makes sure that no-one will harm his animals. It is a win-win situation.
Please do not condemn people that love hunting and does it, they are valuable assets for the survival of our wild-life.
In the locations where our customers will hunt, the Hunter is part of the eco-system to protect the future of the existing wild-life. This means that by paying for the hunt, you are helping the farmer to maintaining the right population on his farm, to prevent over-population and endangering the further existence of the animals.
